Users cannot expect things to happen without staying proactive and aggressively moving forward.

15. Communication

Users may contact IMG Secrets LLC at any time in accordance with the package purchased, and IMG Secrets LLC may reach out during business and non-business hours unless users provide specific written requests to limit contact. Communication whether by email, phone calls, or video calls is essential for effective services.

16. Termination of Service

IMG Secrets LLC reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion, including for User’s lack of action, unrealistic expectations, or other extenuating circumstances. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

17. Change of Experts Doctors

Users are welcome to choose any expert doctor for their mentoring. However, users agree that experts can be changed at any time at the discretion of IMG Secrets LLC. This change may occur due to factors external or internal to IMG Secrets LLC. Although this situation is very unlikely to arise, users agree that in such a case, the mentoring services will be shifted to other appropriate mentors, and IMG Secrets LLC will work towards ensuring high-quality mentoring. No refunds are provided in this case.

18. Finding Positions & Networking

IMG Secrets LLC will use both external and internal resources to find appropriate positions for the candidates depending upon the package purchased. When IMG Secrets LLC reaches out to programs or hospitals and offers networking opportunities, this is done with complete transparency, and the final decision to interview or hire is at the discretion of the hiring facility. IMG Secrets LLC does not directly or indirectly influence this decision. Users should NOT assume a position or a specific outcome is guaranteed because of this networking. Users agree to use this networking opportunity to aggressively work hard towards the position to increase their chances of success rather than assuming things will work out on their own. Unrealistic expectations may result in the termination of mentoring services provided by IMG Secrets LLC, and no refunds will be provided in this case. Accordingly, IMG Secrets LLC facilitates networking but does not guarantee employment or specific outcomes. Users are responsible for leveraging networking opportunities effectively.

19. Frequency of Communication

Once you sign up for a service, you will have a video call appointment. If you sign up for services like the full package, we will communicate frequently with you to craft your application. Subsequently, the onus shifts to you to take appropriate action to proceed with applying. From this point, you must take ownership to keep moving with applying and following up. Of course, IMG Secrets LLC Experts will be available for you to contact for any follow-up questions. The more aggressive you are in moving forward, the higher the possibility of finding a position or achieving a specific outcome compared to taking sloppy actions or no actions. From the stage of the first application onward, IMG Secrets LLC asks users to proactively communicate and move forward with the next steps. Assuming things will happen without communication and not taking action is an unrealistic expectation and could result in the termination of mentoring services, with no refunds offered.  Accordingly, once services commence, users are expected to take ownership of applying the guidance provided. Proactive communication and action are crucial for success.

20. Experts Involved in the Same Specialty

IMG Secrets LLC has experts across multiple countries and specialties. You can choose experts from your country of interest; however, it may not always be possible to select an expert in your exact specialty. Our experts are well-versed in the application process regardless of specialty, ensuring you benefit from our mentoring.

If an expert happens to be in the same specialty as yours and is involved in actively hiring candidates at the level of the Ministry of Health, Department of Health, NHS in the UK, or similar organizations internationally, they will excuse themselves from receiving any payments and will instead offer mentoring as a non-paid expert. In this case, all payments will be directed to IMG Secrets LLC, which can provide additional or backup mentoring if required. This action by the experts is to prevent any potential financial conflicts of interest and to ensure equal opportunity for all candidates, whether they receive paid mentoring or apply independently. This commitment reflects IMG Secrets LLC’s dedication to providing transparency and fairness across all countries, regardless of the candidate’s origin, background, or the type of assistance they receive.

The opinions and views expressed by experts featured in IMG Secrets’ content, including but not limited to videos, articles, live sessions, and consultations, are their own and do not necessarily reflect the opinions, views, or positions of IMG Secrets LLC, Dr. Rajeev Iyer, or any other affiliated entities or individuals. At IMG Secrets, we strive to provide the best service to our users. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a payment.

1. Understanding Before Payment: It is the responsibility of the payee to fully understand the purpose and scope of the services provided by IMG Secrets before initiating any payment.
2. No Refunds and Cancellations: Once a payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. No cancellations will be accepted after the payment is processed.
3. Error in Payment: In the event that you have made an error in your payment to IMG Secrets LLC, we will review your request for a refund, provided it is made within 3 calendar days of the payment. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within this period.

If you made your payment by credit card, your refund will be credited to the same card, minus any processing fees deducted by the payment processing company, Stripe. Recording our conversations without obtaining explicit consent undermines the trust and confidentiality that are foundational to our services. Therefore, any recording of our video or audio calls without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
