Refund and Cancellation Policy for IMG Secrets
At IMG Secrets, we strive to provide the best service to our users. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a payment.
- Understanding Before Payment: It is the responsibility of the payee to fully understand the purpose and scope of the services provided by IMG Secrets before initiating any payment.
- No Refunds and Cancellations: Once a payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. No cancellations will be accepted after the payment is processed.
- Error in Payment: In the event that you have made an error in your payment to IMG Secrets LLC, we will review your request for a refund, provided it is made within 7 calendar days of the payment. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within this period.
- How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please email us at contactus@imgsecrets.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +1 856 257 7266. Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment. If you made your payment by credit card, your refund will be credited to the same card, minus any processing fees deducted by the payment processing company, Stripe. Please note that the refund process may take up to 2 weeks to be completed.
